What type of image format can I use?

For speed if you send us jpeg in a high enough resolution which for printing purposes should be a minimum of 300dpi, if anything smaller is sent that the finished product could look pixelated blurry depending of the actual image

I only have an old photo can I use this?

You can send us your photo ensuring that is has a pre-paid return envelope enclosed; we will scan your photo and return your photo so long as a pre-paid envelope was enclosed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post either before or after we have received it – also not that an extra charge for this service will be made.

Can I order a frame as well?

For all of our products that can accommodate a frame - a flashing 'select a frame' link will be present against the product within the shopping cart. Frames purchased this way are at an extra cost, there will be a choice of styles for you to chose from - and all that needs to be done is select your preferred frame and add it to your basket. It is worth remembering that some of our limited editions will be sold as complete items already framed and mounted.

Can I have my own size rather than standard size art?

Yes you can but only for the ‘art by you’ range as a majority of other art products are limited editions

What if ‘my art’ product is not what I expected?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding ‘art by you’ products) you may return them to us at your own cost so long as you have notified us first and carried out return dispatch on our say so. We reserve the right to refuse a credit/refund in full or part for the item until a full inspection of the returned item has been made when at that point our decision for the award of a credit/refund in full or part will be made.

What guarantees are there that a limited edition is a limited edition?

How long will it take from to time of order to delivery?

Due to the volume of orders, we have to advise that delivery may in some cases take up 28 days

Do you offer a quicker delivery service?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer this as a service right now, but if you do have an urgent requirement please let us know and we will see what we can do
